Plains Lumber

In the plains of Autrus, iguanodonts known as Plains Lumbers have reached record sizes ever since Tyrants have been eradicated from the area. Already highly aggressive compared to the hadrosaurs to the north, the Goldfeathers have managed to subdue them in order to use them for shock and awe against their enemies.

In addition to their bulk and short-temper, these Plains Lumbers have also been equipped with armor made to blind enemies with sunlight as well as sheaths over the thumbspikes that can shoot concentrated beams of light to burn all nonbelievers and heretics.

However, not being as in-tune to the natural world as most other Chromoraptor races and relying on faith to keep the Plains Lumbers subdued, accidents are prone to happen. Many times, the large herbivores end up turning on their masters and end up destroying both sides of a battle to then go back to living in freedom.

Needless to say, Plains Lumbers are not to be trifled with even by those seeking to tame them.
